CDSS Group Affiliate Scholarships
AACTMAD’s mission is to enrich the lives and sense of community among members of the greater AACTMAD folk community by promoting and enabling participation in traditional dance, music, and song.
As a Group Affiliate of the Country Dance and Song Society (CDSS), AACTMAD members may apply for scholarships and priority admission to CDSS camps/events. These opportunities are described below along with links to the application forms.

CDSS Group Affiliate Matching
Scholarships
AACTMAD, as a Group Affiliate of the Country Dance and Song Society (CDSS), may apply for a CDSS Matching Scholarship on behalf of an applicant applying for an AACTMAD Scholarship to attend a CDSS Summer Dance and Music Week. AACTMAD and CDSS will each cover up to half of the registration fee for the Week. The deadline for the Matching Scholarships is early March.

Priority Spots
As a CDSS Group Affiliate, AACTMAD has Priority Spots each year that can be assigned to up to two members to receive priority admission to CDSS weeklong dance and music camp or intensive course. Some CDSS weeks are often oversubscribed, and the Priority Spot helps to increase the chances of the applicant getting into the CDSS week of their choice. This enables the designated AACTMAD members to most effectively take advantage of the resources and opportunities offered by CDSS summer programs. The application deadline for the CDSS Priority Spots is early March.
